Invented in 1994, and popularised in countries like Japan far before our covid revolution in the UK: QR codes are the conduits between the digital and physical.
But why are they still so ugly?
Computers speak the language of logic, 1s and 0s, of black and white. QR codes must adhere to a certain structure to be understood.
QR codes are the rabbit holes to our cyber domains and they should be allowed to sing more often.
AI adheres to 'fuzzy logic'; 1s, 0s, and everything in between. Perhaps they can bridge the gap?
Here, a QR code is combined by AI with the Mandala, the ancient symbol of 'The Self', the universe, and of sacred space.
Mandalas are designed with the intention to bring attention to their center, and are the subject of much study, architecture, and mystery.
